This cgi allows the user to customize parts of the web site to their machine. Now that disk space is cheap and there are more people with high speed connections with a majority of users still stuck behind slow modems, there needs to be a way to let the modem users still enjoy the site. The primary function of the cgi is to dynamicly scale the images down to the size that the user wants. They can reduce the quality of the photo if they want a shorter download time, or they can reduce the resolution for the same effect or they can do both.
