is there a way to merge dita w/ MD?  i.e. write most of docs in markdown,
but then have a master doc that imports the parts from md files?

tags should likely have aliases, that way people can create their own
tags, and when a particular tag gets popular, it can be "elevated" to
a standard tag, and all the different same tags can be aggregated..
