#5 If the ethernet interface for board isn't presnet

reserving a board will fail, and it will not say the reason for the failure, that is EtherIface’s runtime error of activate failed is not sufficient to understand what failed.

Provide a better message, and maybe a generic function for Attributes to call to help identify which one failed. EtherIface should include the command that was run but failed.

Logging this command is fine, but care needs to be taken that sensitive information is not logged.
